In Tommy Tuberville's home state of Alabama, 23% of all personal income comes from transfer payments from the federal government.

Alabama is the tenth most dependent on federal funding, getting $1.80 in spending back for every $1 its citizens pay in taxes.

Tuberville says ‘inner city rats’ live off the American taxpayers: Trump should send them ‘back home’
"These inner city rats, they live on the federal government," Tuberville said in the interview.

No outlet that I've seen has really focused on the intersection of this — that marketplaces disproportionately benefit red states, particularly those that have declined to expand Medicaid — and the fact that the marketplace policies have the most immediate effect (January *2026*)

In case y'all missed it - Utah Republicans ordered a study on transgender healthcare, expecting it to come back unsupportive.

Instead, it found that trans youth care was safe and effective, and that transgender youth need it.

Whoops.

Utah lawmakers’ own study found gender-affirming care benefits trans youth. Will they lift the treatment ban?

In 2024, Biden signed into law a $105 billion measure designed to end a shortfall in air traffic controllers.

In 2025, Trump came in and instead began firing hundreds of them.

So you can see how *clear* it is that Biden is to blame for the shortage now.

Imagine the biggest problem in your life being about which bathroom a total stranger uses.

Imagine pretending random people you'll never meet are somehow victimizing you with their existence.

Imagine being that hard up for troubles that you have to invent them just so you can play the victim.

I’m going to keep saying it because the media won’t

Obama and Biden deported millions and millions

This is a fact

They did it after due process and following the rule of law

The media has to keep emphasizing this

Deporting people is not something new but Trump wants you to believe it is

Sinners dropping just 6% in its second weekend merits a much bigger headline than its $48 million opening. It is actual box-office news--news as in "This never happens." Just a giant thing, for Ryan Coogler and for the future of original material.

A solution to our obesity epidemic?
Experiments show that when bees are exposed to microplastic pollution, their memory gets so muddled they may forget the scents associated with sugary rewards.

As a result, pollination may fail — which is bad news for flowers and crops.
Microplastics may confuse bees and other insects, hurting pollination
Recent studies have shown that tiny pieces of plastics can make bees more susceptible to bacteria and viruses.

Correct, which is all the more reason to lean in on the horrific details of their immigration atrocities.

Finding out that they're deporting children who are citizens isn't going to help any.

Actually it's right on the nose. DEI would have eliminated him early and found someone competent
Somewhat ironic that the least qualified, most unfit and incompetent Sec of Defense in American history is the one who abolished DEI.

I'm just a poor country political historian and not some big city media fella, but it *does* seem like a slightly big deal that the leader of the United States presented comically faked "evidence" in the Oval Office to justify his power to disappear ordinary people into a Central American prison?
Personally, I think it should be front page news for at least a month if a sitting US President is using falsified evidence to try and deny due process to a man who has committed no crime, but that’s just me

I think we can all rest easier knowing that this immigrant — who earned an MBA and whose job was making sure a hospital had the materials it needed — has been apprehended
His student visa was suddenly revoked but he wasn’t notified—“they don’t want ICE to lose the advantage of surprise” (!!!)—and four days later he was arrested at the hospital where he works.
