The Quigley Accountability Project seeks to highlight the ineffectiveness of Representative Mike Quigley, currently representing Illinois’ 5th district.

Call his office today:
DC: (202) 225-4061
Chicago: (773) 267-5926
Pinned
For the new followers: this account documents the ways in which Representative Quigley is unfit to represent the people of Illinois. His team’s inability to adapt reflects a broader complacency common among establishment democrats. @quigley.house.gov

It's not just ICE and CBP. Or HSI. Or the U.S. Marshals. Every armed federal agency has been compromised and needs to be largely rebuilt from the ground up once Trump is gone.
TRIGGER WARNING, because here is a US Marshal from Trump‘s Gestapo Force in Memphis kicking a puppy today in the Whitehaven neighborhood and breaking its rib. They were serving a warrant and I guess BIG MAN got scared of the schnauzer.

(I didn’t take the video, the dog’s person did)

Lmao Christ.
Ultimately we've got to prosecute agents and officials who committed crimes, and we've got to dismantle DHS entirely and start over. But as a list of demands to reduce harm now? This is surprisingly good from Dem leadership.

One big missing thing I don't see in this letter: funding levels?
SENATE AND HOUSE DEMOCRATS ARE UNITED ON REINING IN THE ABUSES OF ICE

Americans have watched in horror as ICE has terrorized communities across the country

Federal agents can’t continue to cause chaos in our cities while more Americans are killed

We must rein in ICE

Here’s what we're demanding:

It’s really weird for some corners of the media to do a whole “the Epstein files are a moral panic that has gone too far” thing when no one has faced any sort of punishment and doesn’t sound like they’re going to.

Talked this week about why removing the fascist boot from your neck will help you find a much bigger audience and, also, your soul.

"There's a reason the Washington Post is going to die before The Onion becomes one of the biggest newspapers in the country: They licked the boot, and we kicked back."

Corporatist fascism, plain and simple.

DHS is trying to get tech companies to hand over data on Trump critics.

This is unconstitutional, and Congress must shut it down, before we turn into East Germany.

the Epstein files are really devastating because they remind me of how many girls and women miss out on professional opportunities, mentorship and careers because of how many powerful, rich and influential men only view girls and women — and interactions with them — through the lens of sex
