Mark Kelly said that troops should refuse to follow unlawful orders, which is the universally acknowledged legal standard. He's not disparaging the commander in chief or making remarks hostile to good order and discipline. Refusing illegal orders IS good order and discipline by definition.

Udo Kier did so much great work with great artists from Warhol to Van Sant to von Trier to Madonna to Argento. No matter where you stumbled on him, no matter how small the part, he was constantly compelling.
so sad to hear Udo Kier has died. one of the great working actors, and i was so happy to be reminded at TIFF, seeing him deliver a pretty astonishing little performance in The Secret Agent.
