Look, it’s possible to acknowledge that a medication isn’t universally perfect, without suggesting the medication is bad.
Like an aesthetic decision and not just an individual going through health challenges.

The theories I've seen floated is conservatism is often tied to thinness.

The rise of GLP-1'S means that thinned is more accessible so women whose currency has been being thin, now "need" to be thinner
