I repeat, we’re living through a eugenic segregation push by elites that’s being framed as a populist revolt.
Coming around to the view that a certain kind of narcissist simply needs Musk to be a genius rather than a fraud, because they want to believe there’s a hereditary Brahmin class of accomplished, beautiful minds—and that they’re a part of that class.

Arguably we are overdue for what is happening now. I think that's why so many communities of color are upset but not spiraling. White people are experiencing our reality. Trust the government? Why? The US government unified to oppress and not much else. Certainly not to progress

The transformative promises are a product of an electorate that wants to have an elected autocrat in charge (or thinks we already have one), and the disappointment when they don’t happen is a product of those promises’ contact with mere reality.

This isn't my first or even second time at the rodeo. I dealt with Ronald Reagan & George Bush trying to kill my community by ignoring the AIDS epidemic. It happened again when I lived in South Africa with Thabo Mbeki. And we won twice. So: courage. We will beat them too. Stay focused. Get to work.
