The anti-mask cult won a big part of the culture war. It’s just wild that I’m at a major hospital and wearing masks isn’t even recommended, let alone required, while there are signs everywhere asking us to wash our hands, simply because washing hands was never turned into a culture war.

I specifically had to frame it in terms of breaking customers’ trust. If a customer sees a corp’s AI photo/video, and clocks it as fake, they can’t trust that the company’s services actually provide real results either. They feel lied to, and won’t buy

Genuinely not unreasonable to say that Lowtax sucked so bad he fucked up the entire planet, and that most of the problems with the internet can be laid at the door of Something Awful
