my honest fear is that the mechanism of this administration will normalize victimizing teenage girls, much like they did with the r-slur and calling things "gay" as a pejorative
this is something I've thought about a lot recently - like - this desire that's completely abhorrent is core to so much of the culture of the powerful.

if there is actually a reckoning coming, it needs to completely destroy these people

Also most voters have just never thought remotely seriously about policy. “Should we get rid of illegal immigrants? Well, of course; they’re illegal!” There’s nothing deeper than that going on until they start seeing what that actually entails.
Some Dems and pundits overread the significance of Trump's win. They looked at dissatisfaction with the border and discerned a seismic cultural reaction to immigration levels inside the country. The former was real. The latter is a mirage.

Vaxxed?
The American penny died on Wednesday in Philadelphia. It was 232. The cause was irrelevance and expensiveness, the Treasury Department said. Nothing could be bought any more with a penny, as the cost to mint the penny had risen to more than 3 cents. nyti.ms/48bFd5K

Anecdotally speaking, the highest density of cybertrucks I've seen in Minnesota has been in Edina. Not """southwest mpls""". Actual Edina proper. I've gone all over the metro and then some since its release and this is the only city where I've seen more than 3 in one day

NO KINGS!

Anyways, if you don't vote for a child of our old political dynasties, maybe you don't like democracy. Ever think about that?

Just want you to know that when I asked Geoff why he gave the silent treatment to an open letter written by his own "future of games" program (& co-signed by 3000+ industry peers), he replied:

"Because that's my show and nobody gets to tell me how I should use my platform". 💀💀💀

i think if the democrats had dug in their heels and said "this is the epstein shutdown. trump is starving the country because he doesn't want the epstein files to come out" they probably could have ended him. so it was very kind of them to not do that

It’s important to achieve bipartisanship with Republicans so they can arrest Barack Obama for something they read on the Epoch Times’ Facebook page written by a Chinese cult member in 2019.
Breaking MSNBC:

The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida called a division-wide meeting this afternoon, following the resignations of two prosecutors who were asked to take part in a vast "conspiracy" investigation into former intel and law enforcement officials.
