One of the most striking features of modern political life is that both parties agree that more educated people lean Democrat which causes the GOP to destroy education but NOT the Dems to do much to expand and protect it
My cue to AGAIN say why GOP has cut education funding for SIX DECADES. Education teaches critical thinking skills. Those without them are subject to emotional messaging like "welfare queens", which translates: "Dems are giving your tax dollars to lazy/dangerous Black/brown people".
"The problem is most people simply do not absorb quality information. Instead, increasing numbers have a media diet that is mostly a bunch of lies, conspiracy theories, and irrelevant diatribes that right-wing propagandists use to deceive people."
