This is absolutely amazing discovery and just in time for Black History Month.

A reminder the lengths people would go for freedom and what some good people will do to help.

Ooooooof

Well since WaPo fired allll the staff that covered race, ethnicity and culture.

This is the clueless drivel you get 🤷🏾‍♀️
Analysis: Weeks before he set foot on the stage, Bad Bunny’s halftime performance had already become a media event.

But if you were looking for political commentary, the closest that you got was when he said “God bless America” in English.
Analysis | Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show was expected to provoke. Did it?
The Bad Bunny Super Bowl show nodded to injustices in Puerto Rico but mostly evoked wholesome family values that meshed with the more sentimental commercials.

Now, voters are primed for an alternative.

If Democrats want to build a lasting majority, they should absolutely respond with what they would do better instead of just riding the “omg make Trump stop” wave again
Enten: "Trump's base with non-college voters is absolutely collapsing ... he's underwater by 9 points. That's a 23 point switcheroo."

There was definitely a point during Super Bowl commercials last night where we were discussing it cannot be good that pharmaceutical companies now have enough money to buy Super Bowl ads
The Super Bowl is a window into how much the U.S. economy has changed. I remember when it was mostly ads for cars, beer and stuff you’d find in the grocery store. Now it’s all AI, gambling, crypto (also gambling) and Ozempic.

That was a REAL wedding?!

Now THAT everyone is going to remember
That was a real wedding during Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Halftime Show. His reps confirmed the happy couple are irl in love. And yet, conservatives still said the show was an affront to American values.

Wow. Science is amazing

What a moment in history that will save so many lives, finally
Just because good news is worth celebrating:

There is now a Prep medication that is an *every six month* injection.

HIV has, effectively, a vaccination.

THIS. As one of those political folks who said Trump was not elected because “economic anxiety” but racism

I won’t forgive the many media folks & pundits who insisted that he would “pivot” from his “rhetoric”

That we were “overreacting” to his election

Straight gaslit even by many white Dems
Pour one out for every professional political pundit, writer, consultant whatever that has spent the last decade trying to pretend that the Trump phenomenon was about trade or opiates and not a big chunk of white america losing its mind over having a black president bsky.app/profile/kyle...

Oooof, LinkedIn is bleak. My feed updates and I see a formerWaPo employee updating they are out of a job.

As bad as day as the day I found out, how many HHS employees I knew, because they were all fired by DOGE

What’s funny is that’s not even where Jeff Bezos makes the biggest bang for his dollar in business anymore.

Most now comes from his Amazon Web Services (AWS) his cloud computing service that he sells to businesses and… governments

There are so many places you don’t realize use AWS for work
The owner of Amazon killed the Washington Post books section.

I knew Melinda had kicked Bill to the curb about Epstein files allegations… but I didn’t know it was this F-ed up.

How does he still have limbs?!
In an interview with NPR, Melinda French Gates confirmed that she ended her marriage with Bill Gates because of allegations contained in the Epstein files.

It’s the end of a major media legacy and honestly feels like the end of an era in media too
February 4, 2026 at 1:51 PM
There are many reasons these powerful folks hate democracy:

being held accountable by the masses for abhorrent behavior (when they feel they should and can do anything) is one of them.
My favorite genre of Epstein emails are powerful people emailing WITH JEFFREY EPSTEIN about how MeToo has gone too far and the woke mob must be stopped.

Annnnnd, yeah Kennedy Center “renovations” was a ruse

enough artists were like “naaaah all money ain’t good money”
CNN is reporting the real reason Trump is closing the Kennedy Centre for two years is not for renovation: “the Kennedy Center does not have a 2026/2027 season. There would not have been any programming to announce."

*blinks* Paramount actually is right on this one
Simply incredible

I am… decidedly in my feelings that this administration got me on Rand Paul’s side 😐
Last night, GOP Senator Rand Paul went on national TV to flatly reject DHS's lies about the Pretti execution:

"My advice to [DHS], if they're watching:

If you come into [our hearing] and try to justify that [Pretti] was assaulting a police officer, that cannot be acceptable."
February 2, 2026 at 10:06 PM
One of two things: he’s closing for “renovations” because artists keep cancelling and he just hopes folks forget.

Or.. closing it for actual renovations which means some golden gilded age horror show in two years

I’m so glad I got to enjoy the range of programming it had to offer before 2020
With ticket sales plummeting and artists pulling out, Trump decides to close the Kennedy Center for two years, promising to renovate it and try again to find an audience and performers when it reopens in 2028.
