before they scheduled oral argument, I really thought this was a bridge too far even for them. but now as the date approaches, and as trump is getting billions for border security and pursuing building domestic concentration camps, I'm getting increasingly worried
thinking again about how scotus scheduled oral argument on birthright citizenship rather rather than rejecting trump out of hand. 2.5 weeks away!
