Oh, they do talk about “money-losing” NASA, never mind that they forced NASA into partnership with private companies years ago (which is why Elon keeps getting money for Big Exploding Rockets and Boeing got to build a crew capsule that doesn’t actually work (and is ~2 years behind schedule.)

As long as it's single player and no achievements, I think AAA games should just have a "fuck it" (almost impossible to lose/die) mode for people who can't game well enough to beat them but really want to get the storyline and experience
