ust reviewed the coverage of Carl Nichols' decision enjoining Trump's shutdown of USAID. Only Politico (and my own post) note that Nichols specifically said that DOJ presented no evidence of fraud or corruption.

EVERY OUTLET should emphasize this.

Thanks to @MitchAlbom for speaking out against the growing coarseness of civil discourse. Framing, political opponents as enemies will only deepen the political divides in our country. Just because the law says we can say ugly things doesn’t mean we should.

UNLIKE THE TROLLS who love to argue on, their automated bot responses are typically short, very general, unspecific response to what they reply to such as: "Dems really dropped the ball" "Dems have abandoned us", "time to abandon MSM", etc. - anything to sow division on the Left/Liberal/Democrats..
Identify Trolls/bots by: 1) common talking points 2) injecting baseless or false blame or slander of Dems; any propaganda/conspiracies, oft-repeated lies, divisiveness until a few Americans also parrot the BS, like all endless conspiracies the've sown across America in the last 25 years of internet.
Identifying trolls 2. They also like to tie up Americans in long intense, divisive debates/arguments if they're human trolls and can, even AI bots just to anger/enrage/divide us from our "fellow Americans" whom they only impersonate, but the division is real and remains after their lies die.

GOP needs Dem votes on an omnibus or CR but you can’t possibly vote for anything under these circumstances
The OMB impoundment memo's consequences aren't just about disrupting, in a profound way, *current* funds. It also makes it extremely hard to negotiate *future* spending deals if no one at the table can trust that the executive branch will actually stick to the deal at the execution phase.
