Today DC Govt filed brief w/US District Court in our lawsuit against O'Keefe defending constitutionality of DC Wiretap Statute (normally one party consent), particularly exception exists when interception occurs w/purpose of committing a tort.

When a whistleblower’s lawyer gives you a deadline and cites the statute, that is not posturing. That is the last stop before Congress. And they just pulled the trigger.
