Farage's former right hand man in Wales, Nathan Gill, has been sentenced to 10.5 years in prison.

He was taking bribes to spread pro Russian propaganda.

Betraying Britain in support of a foreign power is the opposite of patriotism.

Nigel Farage must allow an independent investigation into Reform UK so the British public can be assured that all links to Putin's barbaric regime are rooted out.

It's January 31st, 2020, and Nathan Gill is celebrating our imminent departure from the EU.... and that terrible idea of a European Army.

Hmm, now I wonder who else would have been delighted about that.

“Did Nathan Gill ever say anything you disagree with in return for his bribes from a Kremlin stooge?”

“Did you, in your roles as his boss, friend, mentor & party leader, ever question his full-throated support for an enemy of the UK and if not, why not?”

You can have those for nothing, lads.

Farage can now be easily boxed in to a corner where his only ‘defence’ becomes: “Yes I spouted Kremlin propaganda & Putin worship but, unlike Nathan Gill, I didn’t need bribes to do it.”
It is, once again, a question of whether interviewers have the temerity to shut down his whining obfuscations.

Where are Your Party going with their disastrous shambolic venture?

Do they not see how the left is gravitating towards the Greens?

Do they not see the massive momentum the Greens have?

Do they really want to divide the left in this way? Again?

The left will never win if divided.

They are, of course, lying

Without asylum:

Marks and Spencer wouldn't exist

Queen would have been without a front man

The other queen wouldn't have had a husband

Judith Kerr would never have written The Tiger Who Came to Tea

And thousands of less famous people wouldn't have been teachers, politicians, neighbours, etc

I follow a number of very positive Labour supporters on Bluesky. Some are becoming panglossian.
Of course, the press and TV are anti Labour but many of the government's problems are real and of their own making.

Put another way, even if you deny man made Carbon Dioxide is accelerating climate change above ground, huge swathes of life in our seas will have died off in the meantime anyway through acidification. 😳

Farage claimed “I've only got 30 seconds" in response to being told to condemn Reform’s Andy Osbourne’s “downright evil” comment about children in care.

Yet he had plenty of time to talk about migrants.

Farage is the person who is downright evil!

I find the endless, often pointless drama that has typified UK politics coverage for a decade as draining & unedifying as anyone. But, *as of now* & by every relevant measure, Starmer’s position is perilously close to untenable. Of course people are planning for a future where he’s no longer leader.

That final point is absolutely crucial.
The fact that the BBC has made serious culpable errors does not negate the point that there is a real and concerted right-wing media campaign to destroy it. Both points can be true at the same time and the campaign would not end even if the errors did.
