Just found out that Broad Beans / Fava Beans have a very high level of a chemical called L-3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine, aka Levodopa, aka L-DOPA ... which is a natural dopamine, & a slow-release boost of mood, motivation, and emotional wellbeing.
