We have spent millions on the Royal Navy. It is well capable of establishing field hospitals & supplies up & down the Gazan coast. A coalition of the willing would rapidly form. We cannot leave the Gazan people for another long winter without shelter.

Sorry, James, the NHS is slowly being sold off. Labour has agreed a deal with the US for dearer medicines, Palantir is gaining more of our data & Streeting will go for more PFI (very poor economics) & too much outsourcing. Dreadful inheritance from the tories, I know, but it needs renationalising.
