Ah, that’s interesting, isn’t it Kier Starmer and Lisa Nandy?

Call me a cynic but it can’t be a coincidence that after the Tangerine Tw*t’s friend Larry Ellison failed to win Warner Bros, his friend says a rival winning is “a problem” and now his friend has re-bid directly to shareholders with a higher offer.

I don’t think looking back on events like contract renewals helps. The fact is, he was given one and everyone supported it.

The past has gone, so what would happen now? Clearly a meeting between Salah, his agent, Slot and FSG is needed. Salah needs to be clear on what he wants.
Did Mohamed Salah need to air this dirty linen in public? Should Arne Slot be singling him out when so few are playing well? And did Richard Hughes simply bow to fan sentiment in giving out that new deal? On a messy situation with no winners, only losers.

No winners in messy Mohamed Salah situation
Liverpool's legendary winger dropped a bombshell on Saturday to create an untenable situation that reflects poorly on player, head coach, and sporting director.

One thing I always found remarkable at Liverpool in recent years is that you wouldn’t get players speaking out of turn under Klopp.

Now we have an indication of how bad things are. Although I wish Salah hadn’t said this to the press, because everyone at the club will be asked about it.
Mohamed Salah says he feels “thrown under the bus” by Liverpool as he revealed his relationship with head coach Arne Slot has broken down.

Oh look, the thing so many people warned about regarding facial recognition is proven yet again to be a problem. And the findings were deliberately held from the affected communities.

Conservatives have today ditched their Mass Deportation Bill, 5 months after Chris Philip tabled it in the Commons, but a week after it was dubbed the Idi Amin Tribute Act, as it proposed Deportations of settled & legal migrants on a scale never seen since 1972 & never proposed in a democracy before

At least sky apologised - the BBC continued to peddle the same knowingly incorrect line as Starmer, Nandy etc.
Sky News now offering clarification.

They’d previously stated that the Maccabi ban was just about safety of Maccabi fans.

Now they admit it was also about Maccabi violence.

Ladies & gentlemen, our corrupt journo-political complex just got caught out.

Corporations can pay workers a living wage. They just choose not to.

How do we know this? Because the five largest U.S. companies alone spent over $1 trillion in stock buybacks and dividends over the past five years.

"on a technicality"

Not really.

A failure to get necessary consents to a terror charge is not a slight error. They are safeguards when a person faces a serious charge.

Prosecutors should take such safeguards seriously: this is terrorism law they are using.

This clarification about Dua Lipa and her management probably won’t get the vitality that it should, but ICYMI, Dua Lipa’s ex-manager has been her ex-manager since 2019.

No surprise to hear that the Daily Mail is the reason for this lie spreading.

This is the thanks we get for lavishing him with a full state visit - more racist lies and smears about our capital city and its mayor.

I assume the condemnation from Starmer will be coming any moment now?
September 23, 2025 at 4:39 PM
This is at best embarrassing and in a way, not surprising.

Seeing Sultana in particular, it became clear to me that this movement was borne out of anger, hurt and frustration. The hatred towards Starmer is very real.
This has now been confirmed by Zarah Sultana. Your Party's membership launch, which I was actually writing up as a story was not signed off by Jeremy Corbyn.

The internal splits in Your Party are well and truly exploding into the open, with pretty damaging effects for the group.

One life lost to violence is one too many.

I established London’s Violence Reduction Unit in 2018 to address the complex root causes of violence. Latest figures show that it’s making a difference: homicides in London are now at a 10-year low, but there’s no room for complacency.

If there are fears of mass unrest, Parliament should be called and legislation passed to stop those planning to cause mass disruption by arresting them beforehand.

Just like they’ve done with environmental protestors.

We don’t want two-tier policing, do we?
"Fears of mass unrest" over the appeal court over-ruling the high court. The Independent says police "braced" (again). There is once again a list of 23 locations where protests will be attempted. These v underwhelming (30-300 people) when previous protest "waves" announced last weekend & in July

But our Prime Minister, Cabinet and opposition say nothing. They’re all on holiday.
