When student loan repayments bring in over three times more revenue than the petroleum resources rent tax (PRRT), it’s clear the system is broken.
I welcome the govt’s 20% HECS cut, but there’s much more to do. Degrees are still too expensive, and this cut doesn’t help students starting this year.

Google defaulting all Gmail users to a setting that enables Google to harvest all your emails into chatbot training is straight-up evil and invasive.

It's horrible seeing sheep and other livestock cooking in the summer sun in central and western Vic as you drive past. Esp during a drought, pathetically huddling under the 1 tree in the paddock. #auspol

Solar panels are often now elevated so that sheep can graze underneath them. Dew runs off them, making the paddocks more drought resistant. The sheep get shade underneath them. Productivity of both wool and meat is increased, farmers get static income from the lease. Win win!!😍
