HIVE MIND -= I have one form of primary ID which some services don't want and not enough secondary forms - - never had a need for a drivers' licence. My passport expired yonks ago - I'm 81 and slowly but surely being locked out.

Thanks to Aukus we are now morphing into a US military outpost - won't be long before every state will have one or two US bases and it doesn't matter whether it's due to Labor's policies or Liberal - an inevitable outcome. We will lose what sovereignty we had or did we really ever have it anyway?

Don't like Marles but I dislike the thought of more "significant" US military bases in Australia. I keep wondering how many Aussies would welcome this "closer tie" bullshit and I realise the anti-US population in Australia is very small.
