It’s the “season of love and giving”…but this year, doesn’t it seem more like a “season of fear and taking”? Like many of you, I’ve been saddened by the human impact of draconian government budget cuts and how angry many housed Americans are at unhoused Americans.

THIS. Everything about this including her follow up comments about ableism & racism. My (skinny) DH @uncle6.org usually brags about packing just a carryon, but his clothes & societal expectations are smaller, and doesn’t carry all the special meds or CPAP that I do. We both have white privilege tho
