As of 12/24/25, USPS changed policy on when they postmark mail. Mail dropped off is no longer guaranteed a same-day postmark. Tax returns & other time-sensitive items are now stamped when they reach a regional processing center, which may be days later. Plan deadlines accordingly to avoid penalties.

One factor: it's really hard to find a psychologist that is in- network, and when you do they're fully booked months out. Another: many school districts are trimming mh support after fed covid funds dried up. A third: kids seem to be more comfortable typing than talking.
i wonder if anyone is going to ask the other question: why are kids confiding in AI how they feel about *insert mental health topic* and not confiding in a real person? or are we just going to use this as another “AI bad” thing and move on?

One more flu A update: everyone in our household who took Tamiflu recovered super fast, like majorly better w/in 24-36 hours. One person did not take and still feels like crap 5 days later. If you test +, consider getting a scrip—but need to start w/in 48 or so hours of symptoms or it doesn’t help.
