but this *early data* continues to explain reality with Trump gains in with Minorities.
This was *barely* any flipping to Trump and mostly not showing up for dems, this gave his national margin and more importantly perception of Minority realignment.

The pretty clear conclusion is that Americans don’t want chaos at the border or seeing it overwhelmed. But they don’t want to see unmitigated cruelty. There is an opening for Democrats there to not repeat Biden’s mistakes on the border and make an argument that marries humane treatment with security

I would like to remind people that we already have government run grocery stores, commissaries, which are used by the military, they are absolutely fine & they have not displaced private grocery stores.

Leaving behind your home, family, and jobs, plus facing the threats of fines and expulsions, is no easy thing. But I don't think that a nine-day walkout is what supporters were expecting to see.
Texas House Democrats will reportedly return home and end their walkout, according to @abc13houstontexas.bsky.social. That would allow Republicans to achieve a quorum and pass their new congressional gerrymander that seeks to target five Democratic-held seats.

A lot of reporters, who don't know what a realignment is, are talking about a realignment among Hispanic voters. Hard to square that with only 29% of Hispanics thinking Trump cares a lot or some about people like them & 65% thinking he doesn't care much or not at all (& 50% in this last category).
