Australia doesn't give gold away for free.

We don't give iron ore away for free.

So why are we giving our gas away for free?

The biggest divide in America today is not between “right” and “left,” or between Republicans and Democrats.

It’s between democracy and oligarchy.

The old labels — “right” and “left” — prevent most people from noticing they’re being shafted.

Know the truth.

Labor never gets credit for their economic credentials and are always framed by journalists as less competent managing the economy than Liberals. This is a myth that has been around as long as the Labor Party. It’s tiresome.
This morning on ABC RN Breakfast, Sally Sara's first qn to Treasurer @jimchalmers.bsky.social was this: "Will this rate cut get Labor over the line at the election?" srsly. Yet Sara failed to even mention THIS 👇 fun fact. #auspol #ausecon #AusVotes2025

We cannot tolerate the devastation Kennedy would wreak in an H5N1 pandemic if he is confirmed. We cannot sacrifice millions of human lives to install an anti-science ideologue as the overseer of American health. The HHS is supposed to save lives, not end them.

Saw people talking about star anise so I did some reading. It's the main ingredient in Tamiflu, and at one point big pharma companies were hoarding 90 percent of the world supply to make it. Works best with quercetin. Just one option:

If you aren’t willing to do a small daily act to prevent death & disability, then what exactly do you stand for? I find it hard to believe you care about social justice if you can’t do that. Maybe you just care about looking like you care to people with more social capital than disabled folks?
You want to be more involved in community care? Wear a mask. You want to be an ally for the most vulnerable like disabled people and people of color? Wear a mask. You talk about revolution but it means nothing if you’re not masking. By masking, you’re preventing death and disability.
