The BBC, quite consciously, sets out to demean and belittle trans people. This is both morally contemptible and in breach of its Charter obligations. We've made it super easy for you to write to the BBC and tell it to stop.

The BBC must stop attacking trans people | Good Law Project
The right wing accusations of ‘pro-trans’ bias are back to front. It’s time for the BBC to live up to its duty to be impartial on trans issues.

Another hero! I hope @reactiveashley.bsky.social manages to take a break after sitting through all of this so others don't have to ❤️🥇

They only talk about us or want us to beg for our existence in a "debate".

Why? They need to trick us into the latter or for us not to be there so they can come up with whatever weird fantasies and pseudoscience they have.

All these 'experts' who aren't trans and never speak to folks who are.

It just dawned on me. This means trans kids will have no support in schools. The Labour government brought in Section 28 2.0 so school staff can't be there to support trans kids. Now they are cutting off contact with the outside world. So for the duration of school trans kids are alone. Truly sick.

I'm in the UK but every time I see or hear the name Winsome Earle...

I keep picturing Windom Earle. Former FBI Agent and Dale Cooper's ex partner! It's not just the name! I think it's the evil quest to find the entrance to the Black Lodge!

Amiright?

There's a large section of the "left" which is entirely performative. When it comes to the marginalisation and oppression of people who disgust them, or those they cannot admit to hating, there's absolutely no resistance to that string of fascist ideology they deny holding.

This is the horrific reality of the Labour governments "Dignity & Respect" for transgender young people
Thank you for all the kind words and support. Can I please ask a favour? Can you spread this story as far and wide as you can. Share it with people you know, forward it to your MP's, anyone in the public eye that might be supportive. This is unbelievably horrific, and no one knows about it..
My son is on blockers legally from before the ban and we did everything they told us to do and now we are being threatened with social services if we don't allow them to "safely withdraw" medication. They admit that the impact will be "stark" for our kids but they are going to do it anyway.

A woman is killed by a man every 3 days in the UK...

78% are murdered by a partner/ex

Yet not once have I heard Reform talk about this

Not once have I heard them back measures to protect women’s safety

In fact, they voted against them...

If Labour is continuing to lose votes, just got 11% in a by-election in a seat they've held for 100 years and in a few recent polls is equal to or just behind the Greens maybe we should stop suggesting they're the only thing that can defeat Reform.

💯
It takes some fucking brass neck for the political right to implement ruinous austerity for 14 years and then turn around and say "the reason public services are shite is because there are too many immigrants using them." Fuck off into the sun.

Never heard of him...

'Speaking in Welshpool, Mr Farage said it was he who chose UKIP's leader in Wales, and Mr Gill had "never, ever, let me down".'
April 2016: UKIP leader Nigel Farage has backed the party's "terrific" Welsh leader Nathan Gill on a campaign visit to Powys.

Farage in 2025, after Nathan Gill pleads guilty to accepting cash from Russia: never heard of him, don't know who he is,nothing to do with me.

Including a rant from Richard Tice entirely designed to distract from Reform and Russia.

Polanski expertly dismantling the "rich people will move if we tax them" narrative, while Denham nimbly demonstrates how very patriotic such people are.
Former Head of Comms for the IEA, Annabel Denham, says the super rich will leave if we have a wealth tax.

Yes, the very same IEA that brought us Liz Truss’ disastrous mini budget. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Green Party leader Zack Polanski explains that their taxable assets can’t leave. #bbcqt
