I'm not a person who equates visual appearance / attractiveness with someone's morality. It's clear that the current administration does; any deviance from the "standard" (especially for women) must be altered into something acceptible to the conservative palette. Mar-A-Lago Face.
plastic surgery can be great and affirming (i'm trans) but often the industry at large perpetuates white supremacist beauty standards and misogyny and people can easily be hurt by unskilled providers looking to take advantage of their client's insecurities
