From today Australian drivers have more choice when it comes to cleaner, cheaper to run cars.

The New Vehicle Efficiency Standard takes effect today- a reform 20 years overdue.

Already we’re seeing an influx of new brands and models, and that’s only expected to grow.

No surprise Howard/Costello’s partisan rant fails to mention $200b Budget improvement under @australianlabor.bsky.social, or our $92b in savings, or that we’ve got debt down by $177b from what Liberals left us after 9 deficits, or that we’re saving $70b in interest as a consequence #auspol #ausecon

How do you build a nuclear plant on the site of a coal plant while the coal plant is operating?

If you have to demolish and clear the site first, where is power going to come from?

The AfD is controversial even among other European far-right parties because many of its leaders are not shy about expressing Nazi sympathies.

And Elon Musk is straight up applauding them, calling the party Germany’s last, best hope.

Opinion | Elon Musk's brilliance starts with letting his lieutenants run the day-to-day of his most valuable properties, whether that's Linda Yaccarino (X), Gwynne Shotwell (SpaceX), or Donald Trump (United States of America).

Last time I checked, no one voted for a President Musk.

A multibillionaire's stranglehold over Donald Trump and the entire GOP should infuriate all of us.

Millions of people voted to bring down the cost of eggs—not for an oligarch to try shutting down our government.

By asking megamillionaires and billionaires to leave just a bit less to their very, very wealthy heirs, we can bring down housing costs—creating 3 million new units and reducing rents by 10% for many families. I’ve got a bill for that, and I’ll keep fighting to see it through.

There was a time when more young couples starting out could put a small down payment on a house and start building wealth in their early 20s—with a real shot at the American Dream.

The housing crisis is yanking that dream further & further out of reach for too many families.

Today’s mid year update will show a smaller deficit for this year since Budget.

Even with some slippage in later years because of Medicare, medicines and pensions, the Budget is now $200b stronger than we inherited, and there’s $177b less debt.
