Tragedy in New Orleans, as a vehicle through crowd killed at least 10 on Bourbon Street.
Vehicle rammings are sometimes terrorism (2 at Berlin Christmas markets, 1 in NYC, etc.) and sometimes not (Waukesha, WI 2021 was panic fleeing cops).

Potentially hot take: Joe Biden has been a good President. My main complaint is that he should’ve been far more aggressive in arming Ukraine. Domestically, Biden has been more productive than any President in my lifetime.
