If you missed Trump‘s speech to the military leadership, or have been snoozing since he resumed Office, it appears that he and roughly 30% of the voting population that support him, want the 70% that does not to give up our liberties and freedom. If we don’t, he will take them using our military.

More on TRUMP TARIFFS: I have 6 AI platforms on my iPhone. Perplexity & ChatGPT5 do a decent job with legal analysis. AI’s bottom line is the Supreme Court (with CJ Roberts the swing vote) will strike down Trump‘s tariffs in a 5/4 decision. A good test for political/legal prognostication by AI.

When the history of this era is written, it will be seen that the politicized US Supreme Court under CJ John Roberts is just another political body appended to the executive branch. The six conservatives on that court are in fact radicals.
