A majority of Americans are fearful of the rapid growth of AI and want to tax the obscene wealth of its billionaires. Yet neither political party cares much about the will of the people. Money talks. Democracy walks

Yes, the Supreme Court has failed to protect us from Trump. But it’s worse than that: The Supreme Court is imposing its own fascism. It invented presidential immunity. It has gutted the Voting Rights Act, passed by a bipartisan Congress. It’s as bad as Trump, and moving in the same direction.

And "I want to really save lives" is rich coming from the homicidal slob who is murdering people on fishing boats in the Caribbean.

I think Americans are realizing that democracy is a participation sport, and the the government is ours if we want it to be. I feel like we got complacent and hoped some other third party would do the work for us. Seems like we have to learn that lesson every generation.

I just want a government that is morally *better* than this.
People arriving here by small boat are desperate, often traumatised. Latest figures are 68% of boat arrivals granted asylum (see link)

The idea of the govt stripping people of their valuables & then hawking it off literally makes me sick to my stomach

Confiscating jewellery from survivors of a war zone makes you look like a fucking Nazi. And the obscene thing is, that is the intention. It's there to look appropriately harsh. Indecent. Filthy. A moral stain. And no-one of good character would have ever proposed such a thing in the first place.

There’s literally no one I’d protect from the consequences of abusing young girls with Jeffrey Epstein. No one. Whatever their politics or past contributions to the world, they need to be held accountable. It’s called ethics, people. If I see one more “What if so-and-so’s on the list?” I’ll scream.

'Matt Gaetz Raped A Homeless Teenager' is what you mean.

A teenager with a homeless parent? What? The fuck? Did she have a home and not allow her parent to live in it? Ended up having sex with? What? Yeah clearly you guys been caping for pedos long enough and you understand the assignment here
A teenager in Florida with a homeless parent wanted money for braces and ended up having sex for money with powerful men, setting off a chain of events that would have a dramatic impact on her life and help upend the political career of Representative Matt Gaetz. nyti.ms/49PSkL9

And to my fellow candidates, I challenge you to do the same:

So, wait, maybe it’s ok for Dems to be decent and compassionate and tolerant and, yes, even woke. And all that stuff about us having to meet them halfway down the hatefulness highway was just…bullshit? Odious horrible bullshit.
57% of all ad spending by Republicans in the Virginia governors race was on anti trans ads. Just an incredibly mismanaged campaign. Anti-trans politics are a losing issue.

🚨BALLROOM CORRUPTION ALERT🚨

When Trump asked Are You With Us... T-Mobile said yes.

T-Mobile benefits from Trump's mobile phone and cell service company. Plus, the Trump Mobile network is said to run on Liberty Mobile Wireless—which rents bandwidth from carriers like T-Mobile.
Trump's destroyed the East Wing of the White House to create a $300 million golden ballroom funded by bribes that he'll use to keep fishing for more bribes from corporations and billionaires.

"I feel sorry for the prosecutors really, who must be burdened by Trump's irrational and unfounded hatred for his fellow man."
