I genuinely believe that America should be dissolved into smaller countries, for the entirely non-partisan reason that I think its too big for our system to work effectively lol.

I continue to hold the position that it was never about sports, and that capitulation on sports only makes it more likely that we get further restrictions.

I continue to hold the position that it was never about sports, and that capitulation on sports only makes it more likely that we get further restrictions.
There is very good evidence in states that this is the case.

2) Seth Moulton envisions a "grand bargain" of trading away sports for healthcare rights.
The big fear will be, Dems trade away sports now and continue to run on an equality act that never passes.

I think part of the thing going on here is the weight threshold for social opprobrium is below the weight threshold for significant health issues issues, especially if you're a woman
It's okay to be fat, and it's okay if fat people don't want to be fat anymore. There are real QOL issues associated with being overweight, and they increase non-linearly the more overweight you are.
