My dog has a vet appt today that will probably take all of ten minutes but her anxiety has escalated with every visit, so she’s been prescribed some drugs. First dose is the night before, and last night at 2AM she leapt out of bed to scarf basically a full day’s serving of kibble.

I love my dog so much and I have spent so many of my moneys on her since she came to live with me but I cannot bring myself to buy her a Halloween costume. She doesn’t know what Halloween is. She hates wearing hats. She licks her raincoat. I feel okay about this.
