Can confirm. I remember a few years back when there was a vigil for a kid that was killed by a cop in Bridgeport, some people gathered, the cops came and agitated and fucked with things, and a bunch of people who were there to mourn a dead teenager got hauled off to jail for a night.
For people who have never seen the way ICE and cops more generally behave at memorials for those they kill, this guy is a great representative of what they do.
Whether it's cops shooting up the grave of Fred Hampton or just destroying candles and chalk, they take your mourning as an insult.

Knowing what really happened to Chairman Fred Hampton and knowing that they still shoot up his memorial, it's hard to see people say these actions are anything but standard cop behavior. This is why it has always been ACAB and abolish ICE.
