I swear, when I have to deal with politicians who do this, it sends me into an absolute rage. They also use it to run the clock out on meetings.

gives me a lot to think about, and saying so allows me to flatter the audience (you) without saying anything of substance while i delay, until i think of a way to link this to one of the five approved talking points that i've been instructed to repeat

Justin, as someone who routinely interviews people, i'd love you to do a story/video/snippet or something about how PR education has taught EVERYONE to begin absolutely any response with, "That's a good question." Even five years ago we didn't hear that.

When my dad was an undergraduate in the early 60s he paid for college in part by running cheap "diet pills" aka dextroamphetamine from Mexico back to College Station, TX where apparently the entire Corps of Cadets at A&M was hopped up on dexy.
I keep saying this but it’s at least very interesting that many doctors didn’t think ADHD persisted into adulthood until you couldn’t buy Ritalin over the counter anymore and most people stopped smoking.
yeah tbh I’d really rather be on ADHD meds and NOT have to develop a two pack a day cigarette habit as someone who’s never smoked before just to function

I guess I can drink twelve coffees a day while chain smoking if you want me to do this in a socially acceptable manner, I just don't see how that's better for my physical or mental health than Vyvanse, y'know?

I honestly have no problem with such a policy, but if you can’t stomach enforcing it when it comes from prominent or powerful speakers, it’s inconsistent in the worst way.
"bluesky will suspend you for anything vaguely resembling a death threat" is maybe the single most consistent moderation policy they have I don't know why anyone is surprised by this one
