the guides have made it abundantly clear that they do not want to have to do this, won't be excluding trans women from volunteering, etc but that they simply cannot defend themselves in a legal challenge against unlimited resources

I love hearing Justice speak on this.
And yeah I made jokes about “Justice was so good he made me wonder if he was trans” but the truth is the reason I’d think that…is because usually cis people don’t care to understand or empathize on that level. It was shock at being heard.

Ireland has a population of 5m and we've a waiting list approaching 15 years. Why? Because their mandatory, archaic and traumatic psychiatric and psychological assessments are a deliberate bottleneck to ensure as few people as possible can access healthcare a nurse can do!

It covers a population of 8 million, (equivalent to the population of Scotland & Wales combined, or 1/7th of the population of England) It has a total of 43 staff, a majority of whom are part-time, working 6-7 hours per week!

The NHS are forcibly detransitioning trans kids in Brighton and calling it “managed withdrawal.” Their own impact assessment acknowledges trans kids will be at increased risk of harm as a result, don’t want this, and are likely to just use DIY hormones instead
