Looking as if the Admin will push to have the first Supreme Court case be the appeal from the ordered reinstatement of Hamp Dellinger to head the Office of Government Ethics. The law says he can only be fired for cause, which they didn't even try to show. They will say that law is unconstitutional.

One other thing: when reading through various executive orders etc., I was struck by the fact that they often say not DEI (which seems to me by far the most common phrase for this stuff), but DEIA. The A is Accessibility.
