I'm currently in Amsterdam and I went by the Anne Franke house. Her and her sister didn't die in a gas chamber, they died of typhus after being severely weakened and emaciated from starvation.
Even in the worst horrors, starvation doesn't directly kill, it's the diseases that kill them.

I’m kind of speechless with this one. I can’t imagine the kind of person who continues to make the argument that it doesn’t count as real starvation if the kids were already sick.
