I cannot believe this is real! I'm endlessly grateful to @roxanegay.bsky.social and Megan Pillow for seeing the value in a complicated story about sex work, love, and my emotional ties to anything Lindsay Mendez sings.

Supporting the Epstein survivors is important, but please don’t support World Without Exploitation. They advocate for policies that are really harmful to sex workers, like the Nordic Model, which puts sex workers at greater risk of violence and poverty by criminalizing their clients.
NEW: Epstein survivors release the most powerful PSA I have ever seen.

Make this go viral so every member of the House of Representatives sees it.

Decriminalizing sex work would ALSO help against many of the criminal abuses I'm glad to see so many caring about of late.

Gee, it's almost as if porn — er, romantasy — can actually be an aid to explore your sexuality and increase sexual satisfaction.

It's almost as if talking about and celebrating sexuality is the solution, not repression and censorship.

A new AI industry super PAC has picked its first target: a New York Assemblymember who co-sponsored a bill that requires AI companies to publish safety protocols for serious misuse use of their tech, like creating biological weapons or carrying out other criminal activity.

Still thinking about this story. Imagine how cooked your brain has to be on Fox News -- how terrified you have to be, every day in your isolated suburban castle -- to start *shooting* when you see brown people at your door, before the door is even open. We're such a nation of terrified cowards.
Cleaning worker who mistakenly went to wrong home fatally shot: Police
The shooting victim died from a gunshot wound to the head, the coroner's office said.

This is the facility that I and many others have been protesting. We’ve been hit, thrown, gassed, and shot with pepper bullets but none of that holds a candle to what is being done to people *in* the actual facility.

Read this thread. Don’t look away. Keep your eyes and the pressure on Broadview.
A family friend was telling us about what her husband shared about his experience in Broadview before he was deported back to Mexico. She's been sharing to friends and family because she's just in disbelief & horror what her husband told her. She wasn't able to talk to him until he was in Mexico.

Remember: The richest 1% evade over $160 billion in taxes every year.

That amount would fund SNAP for a year with money to spare.

Ask yourself who the real freeloaders are.
