it just occurred to me that this stupid feature also essentially breaks the mute function for replies. you're gonna want to hit 'show hidden replies' 90% of the time because of how overzealous the filter is, but now you're also seeing replies from people you muted.
can bluesky please stop hiding replies just because they have bad words in them? i'm a grownup, i can read the word "fuck"

I know everyone will tell me I’m still young, but I don’t think I’ll be able to, at least for now, stop grieving a future planned for. There’s a hole in my heart even when I think I’m happy. Almost an entire decade dedicated to one shared future. I don’t think it’ll be easy to wring out the sadness

And we are seeing the institutional transphobia issue play out with the new party set up by Corbyn, where in a motion, a trans woman called out MPs involved as transphobes but got scolded for saying so. It was like, really, call a bigot for what it is.

British politics is definitely one more diverse in terms of parties with seats in parliament. It is that general issue we have here, where transphobia is so institutionalised, they harp on about it being a difference of opinion as opposed to what it is, bigotry.

I get frustrate being autistic sometimes in only one context—my default tone is neutrals blunt, and emotionless. So I have to go out of my way to tone verify to others. I’m good at recognizing it, but my mask is not my true self, so it’s still more second nature to me
