If I’m understanding this correctly, X is owned by a white nationalist who pays poor people of color in developing countries to pretend to be working class white Americans to scare other white Americans into being afraid poor people of color from developing countries are going to ruin America?

Every day, I think I would much rather be in an election season than watching Carney reshape this country according to his xenophobic, militaristic, misogynist, nationalist, brutal capitalism.
Gotta say, I would much rather be several days into an election campaign right now than staring down the barrel of Carney's new "Canada is the Military Now" vision for us.

It's wild how something as small as "maybe don't go maskless to crowded bars every second night" gets framed as an 'unreasonable restriction'

The bar for care is so low, and still too much for some

There is no such thing as an intelligent report on increasing school absences due to chronic illness and mental health issues that does not lead with a discussion of the out-of-control virus that causes chronic illness and mental health issues.

I'm seeing this first-hand.
Children are missing more school in 2025 due to repeated COVID infection.
The COVID pandemic continues...without any 'public health' protections.
Children are becoming disabled as a result.

It’s pretty remarkable how in a minority government situation, Carney forces budget votes without offering olive branches to other parties then repeatedly takes positions like this that are alienating to his base and own Liberal MPs

If you're keeping score this week, Carney is:

* Negotiating backroom deals on pipelines with Alberta and without BC or Indigenous folks.
* Undermining anti-greenwashing laws.
* Making deals with the UAE despite their role in Sudan.
* Cutting funding for infectious disease work in Africa.

Has anyone in Canada seen #covid messaging that clearly illustrated that #covid spreads through the air and increasing ventilation is effective at reducing the virus' concentration?I

As bad as what is being reported in the UK, Canada was much worse when it came to ventilation and air filtation.
12.33: "...not until 18 Nov 2020, with the aim of increasing awareness of the importance of ventilation, that the Hands Face Space message was accompanied by visual elements depicting Covid-19 vapours spreading throughout a room & illustrating the importance of opening windows to provide fresh air"

Most parents are allowing their children to suffer repeated infections of Covid-19, and as a result, many of those children are likely to experience serious illness and early mortality.

Why are most parents not taking action to keep their children safe from the extreme harm of Covid-19?

There’s nothing wrong with healthy living.

It just won’t prevent disability. It won’t make you bulletproof.

Telling people to “get healthier” if they want to afford healthcare is effectively telling sick people to accept being left to die.

Healthcare for all.
