Despite separatist rhetoric and foreign meddling, Canadian constitutional law, Indigenous rights and international law make Alberta independence virtually impossible.

I can tell you now, as much as it would horrify a lot of us, Canada is going to keep buying the F35s. The so-called review is just camouflage to ensure that the answer comes out to support this purchase and sovereignty can go to hell. US and Canadian military are as one.

I hope I will wrong.

@ernieklassen-mp.bsky.social can you bring this message to the Liberal caucus, that is, Canada Post should be a public service not a for-profit corporation?
The government is giving a loan to a Crown corporation that should just be a public service that we pay for because it provides an essential task that Canadians depend on.

We don’t provide loans to the health care system or schools; we just pay for them.
Ottawa gives Canada Post a $1.01-billion loan
The federal government says it is making more than $1 billion available to Canada Post in the form of a repayable loan to help the Crown corporation.

I’d be utterly overjoyed to see Bitcoin drop to ZERO.

It’s a ludicrous financial experiment that’s an environmental disaster due to “mining”.

I used to trade commodities. The price of a cow or sugar will *always* have value. The value to humanity of Bitcoin?

Absolutely NOTHING.

Too bad that Canadians don't see more of what senators like Ms. Simons are saying in the upper chamber. I only vaguely need of what was contained in Bill C-12 and, after listening to what Senator Simons described, I can only hope that the Senate can recommend changes.
Human rights groups across the country have condemned the portions of Bill C-12 that 'reform' Canada's immigration & refugee system. I rose in the Senate today, with my own words of warning. We can't undermine our system to appease MAGA - or Maple MAGA. #cdnpoli #abpoli #ableg #C12 #BillC12 #Canada
