Here was my epic 2023 experience with an Independent Living organization that did not amount to Bingo but traumatized & further disabled me, so by the time they offered mediation, I was too debilitated to even confront my Inbox! 🤬

88% (!) of major U.S law firm partners are white and nearly 75% are men. And more than 50% of firms report having *zero* Black partners. These numbers are even worse when you look at equity partners.

This action by the EEOC is nothing short of disgusting.

The thing about antivaxxers is that they’re all vaccinated. Even their most fundamental beliefs are stolen valor. They don’t take on any risk, they just put other people - often infants and children - at risk to try to make some point. And the point they want to make has been disproven so many times

Hi just wanted to say I have been watching and absorbing your videos and others. I want to sincerely thank you for the insights, perspective, and work that has gone into the messages, I know they will impact others (not just me) and as always, you have done a phenomenal job. I am not responding for two reasons: first, l really did not have any issue with Imani and said in a video that I think she is phenomenal. However any attempt to explain what I was saying is not met well & I just do not want to add fuel to the fire - as well as I am taking a serious moment to absorb how badly I fucked up, this was newer intended. Second, I was in fact doxxed and it was not Imani, but it does potentially put myself and the people work with in danger, many are bright young scientist, my entire team that I work with daily are POC and it would break my heart if anything happened to them. I may very well be fired this week, it is under review. These issues are why I was so careful not to have any account with laughterinlight ever linked to anything in the public domain with my name.
