Another informational interview has since been confirmed, so busy tomorrow & Wednesday afternoon, but I am happy with where my draft visual materials are at, based on my 2 earlier meetings, both of which reminded me of why I just adore all my beloved BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, & disabled community members!🫂🫂🫂

When they're too invested in making sure everyone defers to the higher ups in the hierarchy & bosses have boss attitude where you always have to say yes sir. A lot of times that impedes the actual work itself & isn't needed. Everyone should serve their role without pomp about their position.
