Some good news! Glad to see the court reject DOJ's outrageous request for medical records--especially those of a group of vulnerable children--from CHOP.
And good on CHOP for rejecting DOJ's request in the first place. Not all hospitals have the requisite courage and HIPAA knowledge to do the same.
