- we are still living with a SARS virus in the air with us every day
- you could still get disabled from the SARS virus at any time
- there is no support and no treatment for people disabled by the SARS virus

- you're the weird one if you point this out
so here's the thing about the last six years

- we got a new SARS virus
- except this time we didn't contain it
- but we did get vaccines for it
- except the vaccines don't actually eliminate the risk of long-term disability from contracting it

This is why it's important to have Arts/Humanities courses AND STEM courses. It all fits together, they compliment each other.

There's no such thing as useless education.

Just imagining how much better it would be if ALL news stories about vaccine-preventable illnesses were illustrated with pictures of people with the disease, not pictures of needle injections. If you must show something that people will find scary & unpleasant, make it the disease, not the cure.
I'm so tired of measles.

I'm also tired of people using needle shots on stories like this.

This is genocide. Explicitly. The first step in killing off a population is ensuring that they’re not allowed to engage in public life.
Either you understand that there is an organized campaign to push trans people out of public life with the explicit end goal of "morally mandating us out of existence" that is backed by some of the wealthiest individuals to have ever lived, or you're simply not equipped to grasp what's happening.

Andor is so good, it's almost too good for Star Wars.

We got nine films of Spitfires in Space, wizards with glowing swords, Jim Henson's Muppets, plucky heroes, and operatic villains. And then we get a dark and harrowing treatise on tyranny, resistance, and the human cost to everyone involved.
