I'm 30 years old and just learned now from this post and the comments underneath it that mac n cheese at Thanksgiving is apparently very controversial. That's really weird. I see nothing wrong with it.
i would consider macaroni and cheese a "core" thanksgiving side as quintessential to the holiday as green beans or mashed potatoes. some however would disagree *steeples fingers* much to consider
