Today's the final day to make our voices heard against the government's proposed plans to allow AI developers to steal our work for use in training their AI systems. It's theft, plain and simple, but you can object by filling out the IPO consultation.

If you write, record, paint, draw or use and enjoy any of the products of people who write, record, paint and draw, please appeal against the upcoming AI legislation. #StrengthenCopyright
Creatives! It's the last day to appeal the upcoming AI legislation. The website is here: ipoconsultations.citizenspace.com/ipo/consulta... and the key bit is the section below. TICK OPTION 1. Strengthen copyright! Option 3 - which the government prefer - is no good for us.

Christie's NYC is planning an AI art auction expected to bring in over $600,000 to creators who've used models trained on copyrighted material from non-consenting artists.

If you haven't - please do fill this in. If you are a creative of any sort. The ALCS guidelines are very useful as the questions become more impenetrable. Also - you don't have to answer it all. www.alcs.co.uk/news/your-ri...
Your rights are under threat from AI. It’s time to have your say!
The Government recently launched a consultation on AI and copyright. Now is the time to have your say and make sure that legislators hear the concerns of creators.

The government's preferred proposal on #CopyrightAndAI will have a crippling effect on the UK's creative industries.

So, if you're NOT a creative, but you value the arts and like living in a country that has a healthy creative industry and can spare the time to object to this proposal, please do!

92% of backers are RETURNING backers. I'm taking that as a sign that people liked Issue 1 enough to want to know what's going on with Issue 2.

Did you miss out on it? You can find From Parts Unknown on Kickstarter right now!
