Well it sure is hard to get excited by the prospect of a *voluntary* agreement to adopt a *roadmap* to the end of fossil fuels… it’s the sort of decision we should have taken twenty years ago when we had the time. We pissed away the time we had for gradualism.

Maybe the bigger problem was announcing to camera that Bond is and has always been this specific guy and then having him drive to the old Bond family estate.

This suicide pact we have with the car industry is so depressing. Replacing fossil fuels isn't just life saving, a serious attempt would double as a massive infrastructure, jobs and stimulus package. Instead we're going to do business as usual until we all burn.
