I won’t see this in action because of the boycott — but it’s too bad. One of the things I really admire about younger people in customer service is it seems like they’re more authentic and able to present as themselves, not so obsequious.

When someone says “Thank you” and you don’t want to imply that it was ok or that you have return gratitude or want further interaction, is there any non-rude reply available?
