If there's one thing that's definitely worse than *not* having a codified constitution, it's having a constitution that cannot command support, that's widely seen as rigged or that codifies the wrong things.
Such a constitution would not constrain authoritarianism.

Absolutely insane that Ofcom is paying influencers to astroturf the #onlinesafetyact. I’ll be complaining to their board about this gross misallocation of funds. Ofcom is a regulator, it should not be involved in polishing public perception of the Labour Party’s authoritarian behaviour right now.

The Boeing 787 uses Enhanced Airborne Flight Recorders. These are cockpit voice recorders and flight data recorders *combined in a single unit*. The 787 has two, doing identical jobs, and one was found on Friday.
