FYI for those who don't know: NBA players have in their contract that the players (ie LABOR) gets 50% of all basketball related income. WNBA players get ~9%.
The WNBA All-Stars came out wearing warmup shirts that said, "Pay Us What You Owe Us."
The players' union met with the WNBA Thursday and came away frustrated with the economic model proposed by the league.

Culture at large is in such a precarious position, as the large platforms are increasingly at the mercy of the heads of the 4 or whatever CEOs who own everything and will bend whatever knee they can to power in order to protect their bottom line.
